Here we go, Part II.
It’s been a fairly busy past couple of weeks as we enter into the fall season. If you missed it, we released some new colors of The Ranger (moss/dusk/black) as the temps remain high and golfing is still possible in the northern states. Have no fret though, as we approach the more brisk days, we will have some new releases of both The Honours and The Starter to keep you out on the course.
We have also been working constantly with CLC (Collegiate Licensing Company) to break into the college realm.This is a crazy process, with a lot of paperwork and verification steps. Stay tuned to see if your alma mater pops up one day.
Also, a few weeks back while we were in Myrtle Beach, we met one cool dude.
Maybe you have seen him. Maybe not, but now you’ll get to know him.
It was “Salty Golfer”.
Yes, that’s an operating VW van he has right there.
Anyways, we had a great time playing True Blue and getting to know each other. His brand, Salty Golfer, is a hit in the Myrtle Beach area. How could it not be with a beard and van like that?
We share many of the same experiences in building a company/culture from the ground-up. The opportunity to have an open conversation about ideas and struggles is rare. Getting into the weeds (figuratively and literally) during the round was incredible.
Honestly, it’s just refreshing to meet genuine people.
So much so that an apparel collaboration is in the works for a Limited Edition shirt design by Feather & Hide x Salty Golfer.
